Right! Never thought I'd try something new but it has been great. Dr. Ellie recommends that kids can start doing the 4 step system when they are 7-8 years old. I try to do it with Kadence but the paste and Listerine are too spicy for her lol so we do it as much as we can but otherwise she says to brush the kids teeth with xylitol and the older kids can use the Act rinse before bed.
